Custom Order Form

Custom orders will receive the in-person market discount of up to 10%.

Only crochet items are available for custom order. Please use the listing name to request your item. 

A 50% deposit is required before starting the project. Final payment, including shipping costs, will be due before the item is shipped. 

Accepted forms of payment include Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. I will reach out via email or text with my information.
